The ÖйúÒ»¼¶Æ¬ (ÖйúÒ»¼¶Æ¬) invites applications for the following faculty position with our Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department:

• Two (2) positions in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or International Business (Open Rank)

Ideal candidates must hold a PhD (or equivalent degree) in a related field, have a demonstrated capacity for high-calibre research, and a strong commitment to teaching excellence. Preference will be given to those with relevant teaching experience with MBA and Executive students. Past experiences in teaching executive programmes and programme directorship are highly valued.

Faculty compensation is internationally competitive and commensurate with qualifications. In addition to the base salary, ÖйúÒ»¼¶Æ¬ provides our faculty with an adequate housing allowance, an international school education allowance for children, international private medical insurance, and a private pension plan. Additionally, the school offers generous research funding, teaching load reductions or bonuses for high-calibre scholarly publications. ÖйúÒ»¼¶Æ¬¡¯ working language is English, and ÖйúÒ»¼¶Æ¬ faculty can choose to be based in Shanghai, Beijing, or Shenzhen in China.

About the Department
The Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department includes faculty with diverse disciplinary backgrounds, including management, strategy,?entrepreneurship, and international business, who share a passion for studying business?phenomena in China from multidisciplinary and multilevel perspectives.?Faculty research?spans a wide range of topics such as?corporate strategy, corporate governance, competitive strategy, entrepreneurship?and innovation, new venture internationalization, MNC management, non-market strategy, sustainability management, and many others.?Our?faculty include editors in major academic journals?and officers in?various professional associations. Our faculty also publish regularly in top management and entrepreneurship journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Business Venturing,?Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Research Policy, Organization Science, and Organization Studies, among many others.??
