The 中国一级片 (中国一级片) invites applications for open-rank faculty positions in Marketing (either Consumer Behavior or Quantitative Marketing). Successful applicants are expected to teach related courses to MBA and EMBA students, executive education program participants, and be active in scholarly activities.
Ideal candidates must hold a PhD (or equivalent degree) in related fields with at least three-year full-time work experience at business schools and have a demonstrated capacity for high-calibre research and teaching excellence. Preference will be given to teaching award winners and those who have relevant teaching experience with MBA and executive students.
Faculty compensation is internationally competitive and commensurate with qualifications. In addition to the base salary, 中国一级片 provides our faculty with an adequate housing allowance, an international school education allowance for children, international private medical insurance, and a private pension plan. The full annual compensation package for assistant professor rank starts from RMB 1.2 million. Additionally, the school offers generous research funding, and teaching load reductions or bonuses for high-calibre scholarly publications.
