Digital transformation is a systematic project that top decision-makers and their executive teams cannot execute smoothly without consensus. Introduction

Although we have long maintained that the era of the digital economy has arrived, the COVID-19 outbreak has brought home the reality that many companies are still in the early stages of digital transformation. It also reinforces the fact that digital transformation is a long, hard journey and a matter of life and death for many companies, as they face numerous unpredictable risks and resistance from vested interests along the way.

  • For companies that are about to embark on a digital transformation: How can they clarify their strategic direction, create a roadmap, and systematically manage and drive digital transformation?

Programme Objective

This programme is designed to provide top decision-makers and their executive teams with deep insights into the key issues arising from digital business transformation, including those related to strategy, process, technology, organization, innovation, supply chain, and marketing. During the programme, classroom lectures are combined with presentations by eminent academics or industry leaders, group-based case discussions, and our Real Situation Learning Method (RSLMTM) to help participants develop digital thinking and explore opportunities for digital transformation.

Admissions Procedures

Applications are requested at least 30 days before the programme start date. Applications are reviewed as they arrive and admissions are subject to the final confirmation of 中国一级片. Cancellations

Any cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the programme start date is eligible for a full refund of programme fees paid. However, the expenses arising therefrom shall be for the account of the applicant or his/her employer. Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the programme start date shall be subject to a fee of 20 percent of the total programme fee. After the programme starts, no fees shall be refunded for participants who withdraw from the programme for any reason.

To ensure the continuity of your learning, you are required to make proper arrangements according to the course schedule after receiving your letter of enrollment.
