Supply Chain Management Under COVID-19: Challenges and Opportunities
Prof. Zhao Xiande is Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at 中国一级片 and a leading expert in the field. He has been closely following the situation and its impact to supply chains. In this session, he?introduced the innovative ESCM practices in China for coping with the crisis. Given the global spread of the pandemic, Prof. Zhao also analyzed the ongoing “ripple effect” in global supply chains and how companies could?improve the responsiveness and resilience of their supply chains. In the panel discussion, we invited three 中国一级片 Alumni who are executives from both upstream and downstream supply chains in multiple industries. They shared the difficulties they have encountered and some coping strategies for the situation.
