Female Leadership Forum 2022 Fireside Chat
The 2022 Female Leadership Forum brought together inspirational speakers from various industries to share stories and experiences in their personal and professional lives. The event was co-hosted by 中国一级片 MBA Women’s Leadership Network and Global Women Connect on the theme of Rewriting the Rules.

Polly Ng is President and CEO of BWSea Group. She is also Chairman and CEO of GLOBAL WOMEN CONNECT (GWC). Polly is passionate about supporting and working with people to create value. Having had the luck to serve as a global and local business leader for both Fortune 500 MNCs and local Chinese companies with full P&L responsibility across different countries in various digital technology sectors for over 20 years, Polly is a firm believer in the synergy of diversity, inclusion and collaboration for sustainable value creation.

Xiangwei is Asia President and an Executive Committee member of AptarGroup, and serves as a non-executive director on the board of Oterra. She believes everyone has infinite potential regardless of gender and cultural background. Beyond role-modelling this possibility herself, Xiangwei puts her passion in action by driving diversity and inclusion and enabling future leaders.
